Built into your Custom Care Plan
Disability Support can stand alone or be combined with any of our other services. We tailor the tasks, hours and caregiver to your loved one, and adjust as needs change.
Common questions
Do you only serve seniors?
No. We serve adults 18 and older, including adults living with disabilities.
Can the plan focus on independence?
Yes. We build the plan around what your loved one wants to do for themselves and where they want help.
Quantum Care provides non-medical Personal Assistance Services only and does not provide skilled nursing or medical care.
